AGE RESTRICTION

Whilst this is an all ages performance, the show has been designed for people aged 3 and over. We recommend you use your own discretion, but it’s recommended that anyone under 3 wears ears defenders/ protection. 

 

FROM WHAT AGE DO CHILDREN NEED A TICKET? 

Age restriction and babes in arms policy varies for each venue, therefore please check on their website or with their box office directly. 

 

IS THERE AN AREA TO STORE MY BUGGY OR PRAM AT THE VENUE? 

Please contact the venue you’re attending for further information on buggy storage or cloakroom. 

 

ARE TODDLER BOOSTER SEATS AVAILABLE?

Please contact the venue you’re attending for further information on the availability of booster seats. 

 

HOW MANY MEET & GREET VOUCHERS DO I NEED TO BUY? DOES THE VOUCHER INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE SHOW AS WELL? 

1 voucher will allow up to 6 people to attend the meet & greet. This can be any combination of child/adult (E.G: 3 adults & 3 children, 1 adult & 5 children). A signed poster will be given to you during the meet & greet. Posters are issued 1 per voucher.

PLEASE NOTE: THE MEET AND GREET VOUCHER IS NOT AN ENTRY TICKET. TICKETS TO THE SHOW HAVE TO BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY

 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE MEET & GREET? WILL I RECEIVE A TICKET? 

You will not receive a ticket or voucher prior to the event. On the day of the show at the end of the performance, the venue staff will direct you to the queue for the meet & greet. You will then be checked in via a list where you will need to state the name of the ticketholder (the person that bought the ticket).

TICKETS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR MY CHOSEN SHOW, ARE THEY SOLD OUT?

If a show is sold out, this will be stated on the venue website when trying to buy a ticket. If in doubt, please contact the venue box office. 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW? 

The show is approximately 70 mins with no intermission (please note this is subject to change).

 

WHERE ARE MY TICKETS?

If you have queries on your tickets, please contact the ticket agent you bought them from.
