These FAQ's do not apply to all tickets. These FAQ's only apply if you've purchased a discounted ticket from one of the following vendors:

A: When purchasing discounted tickets from one of the above vendors, your ticket will be available to collect from the venue box office one hour before the door time (venue doors open). You must take your ticket-voucher or booking confirmation email and have ID for the person who made the booking.

A: When purchasing discounted tickets from one of the above vendors, your seat ticket will be processed by the venue. You will be assigned a seat in the next best available position. In some cases we have been able to confirm the block number before hand. Please check with your ticket vendor to confirm the block. The venue may allocate on a first-come-first-served basis and in this case we would advise arriving as early as possible to ensure that you receive the best accommodating seats.

A: If you purchase standard tickets from the official Paul Hollywood website you can check your seat location before purchasing. When purchasing discounted tickets from one of the above vendors, your seat ticket will be processed by the venue and you will not be able to choose your seat.

A: No. Discounted tickets will be available to collect from the venue box office one hour before the venue doors open. Please bring with you your ticket-voucher or booking confirmation email and ID for the person who made the booking.

A: Yes, you are guaranteed seats for the event you have purchased. Your seat ticket will be processed by the venue. Your tickets will be available to collect from the venue box office one hour before the venue doors open. 

A: Your ticket voucher will be attached to your booking confirmation email. In some cases your booking confirmation email is all you need to collect your tickets from the venue. Please check for more specific details on your booking confirmation email.

A: The box office will open one hour before door time (doors open). We advise you collect your tickets as early as possible to avoid long queues and missing the start of the show. Door times can be checked on the official Paul Hollywood website.
