WHAT IS THIS?
A one-off show from social media sensation ‘Nat’s What I Reckon’ that will be streamed to UK & Ireland, Europe & South Africa in front of a live comedy club audience all the way from Sydney Australia. 

WHEN IS THIS?
Wednesday 14th October
9pm BST (UK & Ireland)
10pm Europe
10pm South Africa

The show will be available for all ticket purchasers for 72 hours after initial broadcast on the same page you view the livestream.

HOW CAN I WATCH THE SHOW?
Log in here using the Unique Access Code created when purchasing your tickets. Only logged in users will be able to see the stream. It works from mobile or desktop, one device at a time.

WHERE IS MY TICKET?
It should be in your email, be sure to check your junk folder. If it isn’t there within ten minutes, drop us an email at customerservices@kilimanjarolive.co.uk. 

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS?
Yes mate. 

WHAT IS A HOUSEHOLD TICKET?

This ticket is for a group of people in the same house who are going to watch the show together. It’s essentially an ‘honesty box’ system for people who want to help out their favourite artists. The ticket functions in the same way an ordinary ticket does in that you will receive a Unique Access Code that will give you access to the show 4 times for up to 72 hours after the broadcast. The ticket cannot be shared across devices or separate households.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE TO PURCHASE TICKETS?
Accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country.
Most widely accepted wallets - Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay, Click to Pay, WeChat Pay

I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE STREAM, CAN I STILL WATCH THE SHOW?
Yes, the stream will be available for all ticket purchasers for 72 hours after initial broadcast. Just log in with your Unique Access Code created when purchasing tickets.

WILL THE LIMITED EDITION MERCH BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE SHOW?
The limited-edition show merch will be available for the 72-hour period after the show, available here, then it will disappear. All exclusive products are pre-order.

HOW DO I ORDER MY T-SHIRT?
Purchase a merchandise ticket – you will then receive an email with a form to fill in detailing your size and address and your t-shirt will be dispatched to you at a later date.

PROBLEMS WITH THE QUALITY OF LIVE STREAM
Automatic resolution is 1080p, however the user will be automatically (or manually) upgraded or downgraded depending on the strength of their internet connection (ranging from 360p to 1080p). If you are continuing to experience issues, please contact the live help desk here on this page during the show. Should the event endure a mass technical issue, we will address this during the stream.

HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO FOR A BETTER VIDEO EXPERIENCE
- If you aren't already on one, join a stable Wi-Fi connection (rather than cellular data). 
- Please try refreshing your browser.
- If you aren't already using Safari, Firefox or Chrome - please try one of those 3. 
- Even if you have full bars to your router, that doesn't mean your router has a good connection to the internet. If you're wondering about your internet speed, please use Google's free internet speed test.

PROBLEMS WITH LOGGING IN
We encourage all users to test their log in ahead of the stream to solve any issues ahead of time.
