It’s not long now till Sam Fender headlines Newcastle’s beloved St James’ Park so we wanted to give you some extra information about the show to help you have the best day that you can.
Your ticket is for Friday 9th June 2023. The show times are as follows:

The concert will be finished by 23:00.
Box office opening times: 11:00 – 21:00.
The box office is located in the crowd corridor of the Milburn stand.

Conditions of Entry
Fans are reminded that to gain admission to these shows the lead booker should bring all of the following:
1. The tickets (no e-tickets have been issued – you must have your physical Sam Fender tickets).
2. The booking confirmation.
3. The credit card used for the purchase and shown on the booking confirmation (or a photo or photocopy of it).
4. A valid photo ID matching the name on the booking confirmation.
You could be required to produce the above in order to gain entry to the stadium as part of our efforts to stop ticket touts. Please be patient.
To enter the stadium, you’ll need to scan your ticket in the barcode scanner at the turnstiles indicated on your ticket.
Important information related to invalidated resold tickets:
We remind you please do not buy tickets from street traders or online unauthorised sites as we cannot guarantee they’re real tickets. Tickets will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for sale, unless the sale is through Twickets or your ticket agent’s fan-to-fan exchange (where applicable). Tickets sold via any unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a ticket renders it invalid and will lead to refusal of entry.
Age Restrictions
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone at the show, we have imposed the following age restrictions: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 14s are not allowed on the pitch. This means under 18s cannot enter the stadium unless accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over, and every person must be in possession of a valid ticket for the event, including babes in arms. Under 14s cannot enter the standing area (the pitch) and must have a valid ticket for one of the designated seated areas.
BSL
BSL interpretation is available. Tickets for the BSL area must be booked in advance, please contact customerservices@kilimanjarolive.co.uk to reserve your spot.
Can I bring a bag to the stadium?
We would advise you not to bring a bag, however, you are permitted to bring one small bag or handbag no larger than 30 x 30cm; anything bigger won’t be allowed in. There are no temporary storage facilities for any items not allowed in the venue and it will be left to you to find a safe facility to hold any items. Bags left in unauthorised surrounding areas will be disposed of immediately by the police. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for late admission or non-admission as a result of this policy.
My ticket(s) failed to scan and I’ve been turned away at the turnstile, what do I do?
Please head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong.

Tickets are despatched 7-10 days before the event.
If you do not receive your tickets 3 working days before the event, please contact your ticket agent to request duplicates, which will be made available for collection from the box office.

Security
There will be multiple security checks in operation and these will include dog searches. These are for the safety and security off all in attendance. Please be aware that the checks will take time and make sure you arrive early enough to allow for that and do not bring backpacks or any unnecessary bags.
